Information we collect
When you use a quiz or contact option, you may provide information such as your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and details about your situation. We collect information you choose to submit and information needed to operate, secure, and improve this site. We do not require contact information for you to view a preliminary estimate.
How information may be used
Contact requests and CallScaler
When you explicitly consent and submit the contact form, your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, case type, state, consent record, and visit attribution are sent to CallScaler to handle your inquiry. Visit attribution may include campaign identifiers, your landing page, referring website, and a visitor identifier. Detailed medical assessment answers and preliminary estimates are not included in this submission.
A tagged publisher link may select that publisher’s campaign phone number for the current browser visit. When you consent to submit the form, the assigned campaign number may also appear in the form record. The number receiving a call, not the tag or form record alone, determines publisher call credit in CallScaler. On a consented form submission, our site creates or reuses a visitor identifier and stores it in a cookie for 30 days. This does not guarantee that a form record is linked to a call or credited to a publisher. Contact details and medical answers are not stored in that cookie. You can remove it through your browser settings. Submitting a request does not guarantee a callback or an attorney connection; buyer routing is not currently active.
Information may be used to respond to your request, facilitate a referral, communicate with you, maintain site security, and meet legal or operational obligations. We do not use your answers to promise a result or determine that you have a legally valid claim.
Sharing and your choices
To provide the referral service, information may be shared with independent attorneys, legal providers, service providers, or other parties involved in operating the platform.
